Step One - Diagnostic Fee:

This is a one-time charge which covers the travel to your home and the diagnosis of you air conditioning unit. You don't have to pay hourly charges and you pay nothing else above the one time charge, until you decide!

Step Two - Flat Rate Pricing:

With Flat Rate Pricing, your price quote will never go up. If we do not have all the materials to repair your air conditioner, you do not get charged for any additional labor. This step allows you to make an informed decision and eliminate the worries of paying hourly, like some other companies.

Installation of New Systems:

Each home has its own requirements based on its size, style, and duct configuration. What might work for your home may not work for your neighbors. Our experienced personnel will work with you to help determine which system will not only fit your budget but all your family's needs.

We can arrange 100% Financing and in most cases there is no money down! The whole process takes approximately 15 minutes.

Usually, your annual energy savings are enough to pay for the planned maintenance!

Why Do I Need My Ducts Cleaned?

This can be simply answered...to improve indoor air quality! Dust, Mold, Pollen, Animal Dander, Cigarette Smoke, and Construction Materials collect in the ducts and can be continually circulated throughout your home or office. These contaminants can cause headaches, nausea, sore throats, and excessive build-up which is quite a unhealthy environment!

How Does It Work?

Here at Air Magic we use a H.E.P.A. vacuum system manufactured by NIKRO. Other users of NIKRO include NASA, Dow Chemical, General Motors, and Panasonic - just to name a few! The system works like this: the 2500 cfm vacuum is connected near you air handler and pressure tools are used to dislodge the debris. The supply ducts are cleaned first, followed by the return duct. The final step is cleaning your air handler. This whole process generally can be completed in several hours.
